Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 peaches or nectarines, sliced
  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1 cup cantaloupe or honeydew balls
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 bunch red or green grapes
  • 1 wheel Brie cheese
  • 1 log goat cheese
  • 1 block sharp cheddar, cubed
  • 4 oz prosciutto, rolled
  • 4 oz salami slices
  • 1 cup Marcona almonds or candied pecans
  • Assorted crackers and baguette slices
  • 1/4 cup honey or hot honey
  • 1/4 cup fruit preserves
  • Fresh mint or basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place small bowls for dips like honey and preserves on a large wooden board or platter.
  2. Arrange cheeses around the board. Leave the Brie whole, crumble some goat cheese, and place cheddar cubes in a pile.
  3. Group fruits by type in different sections. Create piles of berries, fan out peach slices, and let grape bunches drape naturally.
  4. Fill empty spaces with rolled prosciutto, salami slices, nuts, and crackers.
  5. Drizzle honey over some cheese and fruit. Garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, use ripe but firm fruit. Assemble the board 1-2 hours before serving. To prevent browning, add cut fruits like apples or bananas at the last minute. Disassemble leftovers and store components separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator.
