A creamy, no-cook breakfast that tastes like dessert. These overnight oats combine rolled oats, Greek yogurt, and fresh strawberries for a make-ahead meal that is both indulgent and wholesome. Perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2-3 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully incorporated and no dry oats remain.
  2. Prepare the strawberries by hulling and dicing them.
  3. Spoon half of the oat mixture into the bottom of four jars or airtight containers.
  4. Add a layer of diced strawberries to each jar.
  5. Top with the remaining oat mixture.
  6. Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or ideally overnight.
  7. Before serving, stir the oats and top with additional fresh strawberries and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs if desired.

Notes

For best texture, use old-fashioned rolled oats, not quick or steel-cut. The oats need a full 6-8 hours to properly absorb the liquid. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
