Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in the Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce until fully combined.
  4. Gently fold in the shredded chicken, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, all the mozzarella cheese, and the sliced green onions.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased 8×8 baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and the top is lightly golden.
  8. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra green onions.

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is fully softened. Do not over-mix after adding the cheeses. Letting the dip rest after baking is crucial for the perfect scoopable texture. Can be assembled a day ahead and refrigerated before baking.
