Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 small wheel brie cheese
  • 1 log goat cheese
  • 1 block sharp cheddar, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup ranch or dill dip
  • 1 bunch pretzel rods
  • 2 cups pita chips
  • 2 cups plain tortilla chips
  • 1 bunch breadsticks
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 bunch red grapes
  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 30 slices pepperoni
  • 30 slices salami
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews)
  • 1/2 cup cornichons or dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup green olives
  • 2 tbsp honey or fruit preserves

Instructions

  1. Place small bowls for dips like hummus and ranch onto a large wooden board or platter to act as anchors.
  2. Arrange the cheeses around the board. Leave the brie whole, crumble some goat cheese, and place the cheddar chunks.
  3. Fan out the pepperoni and salami slices. Group the pretzel rods and breadsticks in a corner.
  4. Scatter handfuls of mixed nuts. Place bunches of grapes on the board.
  5. Tuck cucumber slices and bell pepper strips around the bowls. Pour cherry tomatoes and snap peas into empty spaces.
  6. Dot the board with small piles of cornichons and olives. Add the strawberries.
  7. Drizzle honey over the goat cheese or brie. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, assemble the board just before serving to keep veggies crisp. Components can be prepped ahead and stored separately. Keep the board in a shaded spot if outdoors. Feel free to swap ingredients based on dietary needs or preferences.
