  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup diced peaches
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, whisk together oats, protein powder, Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth and no clumps remain.
  2. Toss diced peaches with optional maple syrup.
  3. Spoon half of the oat mixture into a jar.
  4. Add a layer of peaches.
  5. Top with remaining oat mixture and press extra peach slices on top if desired.
  6. Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Notes
