  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch dressing until smooth.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 8×8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges are bubbling and the top is lightly golden.
  7. Let the dip rest for 5 minutes before serving.
