These no-bake Oreo balls are the ultimate easy dessert with just three ingredients. Rich, creamy centers coated in chocolate make them perfect for parties, gifts, or anytime cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (14.3 ounces) of Oreo cookies
  • 1 package (8 ounces) of full-fat brick cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 2 cups of melting chocolate or chocolate almond bark

Instructions

  1. Place the entire package of Oreos into a food processor and pulse until you have fine, uniform crumbs.
  2. Transfer the Oreo crumbs to a medium mixing bowl. Add the softened cream cheese and mix until you have a thick, uniform dough.
  3. Using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion the mixture and roll into one-inch balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the freezer for at least 30 minutes or refrigerator for one hour until very firm.
  5. Melt your chocolate according to package directions. Using a fork, dip each frozen Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, tap off excess, and return to parchment paper.
  6. Allow the chocolate coating to set at room temperature or speed up in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results: Use room temperature cream cheese for smooth mixing. Chill balls thoroughly before dipping to prevent falling apart. Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for up to 2 months.
