These no-bake bars capture the whimsical magic of the classic cereal in a chewy, handheld treat. They are incredibly simple to make with just four ingredients and are perfect for sharing any day of the year.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups Lucky Charms cereal
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 (10 oz) bag regular marshmallows
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper, letting edges overhang to form a sling. Lightly grease the paper with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a large pot or Dutch oven, melt the butter over low heat. Add the marshmallows and salt. Stir constantly until completely melted, smooth, and glossy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Immediately remove the pot from heat. Pour in the Lucky Charms cereal and gently fold until every piece is evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
  4. Quickly transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Using a spatula or greased fingers, press the mixture firmly and evenly into the pan.
  5. Let the pan sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour, or until completely cooled and set.
  6. Use the parchment paper sling to lift the block from the pan. Place on a cutting board and slice into squares with a sharp knife.

Notes

For clean cuts, wipe the knife with a damp cloth between slices. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. These bars freeze well for up to 2 months.
