Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (14-16 ounce) package Lit’l Smokies or other cocktail sausages
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until smooth. Season with black pepper.
  3. Place cocktail sausages in the prepared baking dish. Pour the honey mustard glaze over them and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the sauce is bubbly and slightly thickened.
  5. Let cool for 1-2 minutes before serving warm with toothpicks.

Notes

For a glossier sauce, transfer baked sausages and pan juices to a skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Mustard can be swapped for yellow or grainy mustard. Maple syrup can replace honey.
