  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a jar, whisk together oats, milk, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, protein powder, chia seeds, and 1 tablespoon maple syrup until smooth.
  2. In a small bowl, beat softened cream cheese, 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon maple syrup, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  3. In another bowl, mash blueberries with a fork and stir in lemon juice.
  4. Spoon cream cheese mixture over oat base in jar.
  5. Dollop blueberry mixture on top and gently swirl with a knife.
  6. Seal jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Use old-fashioned rolled oats for best texture. Soften cream cheese to avoid lumps. Do not over-swirl layers. Store in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
