These simple frozen bites are the perfect healthy snack for busy days. Made with just a few wholesome ingredients, they satisfy sweet cravings while providing protein and vitamins. They are easy to make ahead and store in the freezer for a quick grab-and-go treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and finely chopped
  • 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash, hull, and finely chop the strawberries. Pat them dry if they are very juicy.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the chopped strawberries into the yogurt mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a small cookie scoop or teaspoon, drop small mounds of the mixture onto the sheet.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze until solid, about 2 hours.
  6. Once frozen, transfer the bites to a freezer-safe bag or airtight container for storage.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use thick coconut or almond yogurt. If using frozen strawberries, thaw and drain excess liquid first. A small cookie scoop helps create uniform bites.
