Creamy, subtly sweet overnight oats that are ready to brighten your morning. This make-ahead breakfast is perfect for busy mornings and can be customized with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, and salt in a jar with tight-fitting lid
  2. Add almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract
  3. Stir vigorously until well combined and no dry spots remain
  4. Seal jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight
  5. Stir before serving and add desired toppings

Notes

For best texture, use old-fashioned rolled oats rather than quick oats. Can be made up to 5 days in advance. Add fresh fruit and other toppings just before serving to maintain texture.
