These adorable and festive Grinch fruit sticks are the perfect healthy holiday snack. With vibrant green grapes, strawberries, bananas, and a marshmallow hat, they are fun to make and eat. They are a simple, no-cook recipe that brings a pop of Christmas cheer to any party or family gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch green seedless grapes
  • 10 medium strawberries
  • 1 large banana, firm
  • 20 mini marshmallows
  • 20 wooden appetizer skewers or toothpicks
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for bananas)

Instructions

  1. Wash the grapes and strawberries. Pat them completely dry with a paper towel.
  2. Slice the strawberries in half from stem to tip.
  3. Slice the banana into 1/4-inch thick rounds. If making ahead, lightly brush or dip banana slices in lemon juice to prevent browning.
  4. For each Grinch fruit stick, thread ingredients onto a skewer in this order: one green grape, one banana slice, one strawberry half (pointed end up), and one mini marshmallow.
  5. Optional: Use a food-safe edible marker to draw two eyes and a smile on each grape.
  6. Arrange the completed skewers on a serving platter and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, assemble close to serving time. If preparing ahead, store prepared fruits separately and assemble within 4 hours. Use only food-safe markers for drawing faces. For a dairy-free option, omit the marshmallow or use a small ball of coconut cream.
