These no-bake bars are the perfect balance of chewy and crisp, packed with crunchy nuts and rich dark chocolate. A quick, wholesome snack that feels indulgent without the guilt.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed raw nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans)
  • 1/3 cup honey or pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (at least 70% cacao)
  • Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two sides.
  2. Roughly chop the mixed nuts and place in a medium bowl.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm honey and coconut oil until thin and bubbly at edges, 2-3 minutes. Do not boil.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and fine sea salt.
  5. Pour syrup over nuts, mix quickly until fully coated.
  6. Transfer mixture to prepared pan, press down very firmly with a greased measuring cup.
  7. Melt dark chocolate chips and spread evenly over nut base.
  8. Sprinkle immediately with flaky sea salt.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
  10. Lift bars from pan using parchment, slice with a sharp knife.

Notes

Press mixture firmly to prevent crumbling. For clean cuts, warm knife between slices. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
