These no-bake frozen bites are the perfect healthy Valentine’s treat. They combine creamy Greek yogurt with fresh strawberries, all coated in a rich dark chocolate shell. They are easy to make, feel indulgent, and are packed with protein and antioxidants.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  4. Drop tablespoon-sized mounds of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten the tops slightly.
  5. Freeze for at least 1 hour, or until completely firm.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  7. Use a fork to dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off. Place back on the parchment.
  8. Return the tray to the freezer for 30 minutes to set the chocolate shell completely.
  9. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Ensure bites are frozen solid before dipping to prevent melting. For a vegan version, use dairy-free yogurt and chocolate. You can swap strawberries for other berries like raspberries.
