A smooth, pudding-like oatmeal made by blending oats with milk, yogurt, and sweetener, then chilling overnight. This method creates a creamy texture that appeals to both kids and adults, making busy mornings effortless and delicious.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt to a blender.
  2. Blend on medium speed for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth and pourable.
  3. Pour mixture into airtight containers or jars.
  4. Seal and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Stir before serving and add desired toppings like fresh fruit, nuts, or granola.

Notes

For a protein boost, add a scoop of protein powder. For a vegan version, use plant-based milk and yogurt. If mixture thickens too much after chilling, stir in a splash of milk to reach desired consistency.
